Our Story

Cratus Crystals was founded in February 2021 in the West Midlands by Liz (Pictured) 

Cratus Crystals was born out of a lifelong love for the beauty and healing power of crystals. My crystal journey began in my teenage years when I first discovered the incredible properties these natural treasures hold. I fell in love with collecting them, from shimmering necklaces to other stunning crystal goods, each piece bringing its own unique energy into my life.

In 2021, I decided to transform my passion into something more: a way to share this magic with others. That’s when Cratus Crystals was officially launched. What began as experimenting with crystals and wire-wrapping quickly grew into a thriving business. By 2022, I welcomed a website to make my creations accessible to even more crystal lovers like you.

My mission has always been clear: to provide high-quality crystal goods at affordable prices. Everyone deserves to bring the beauty and positive energy of crystals into their life without breaking the bank.

If I could give one piece of advice to anyone looking to start their own business, it would be this: Don’t let anyone bring you down. Let them laugh, let them doubt you but show them exactly what you’re capable of. Less dreaming, more doing.

Really lovely deck!

To start, the deck itself is stunning from the box to the booklet and cards. The print on the back of the card, the moon cycles, is so lovely too. Size wise, I don’t think they are too big, but they are larger than a standard tarot deck. For me, I can still hold them comfortably.

My only critique is I find it hard to shuffle- the cards, while gorgeous, tend to stick. I know this will lessen over time, but my first shuffle took longer than expected because so many cards didn’t want to incorporate. The size of the cards did not impact shuffling though which is great!

Reading wise, I find this to be a really deep deck. Upon opening the box, I let out an immediate oooh… I can tell there are some powerful messages here just waiting to make themselves known. The guidebook is a great addition and really helps explore the deeper meaning presented. I especially like the additional meanings which might prove useful on the days I feel stuck.

Cost wise, there is great value for money. Everything was well thought out and care was taken when putting this together, making me feel I’ve made a great purchase. The box is not cheaply made and the cards are good quality and don’t feel flimsy.

All in all, this is such a lovely deck and I’m really pleased with it. Shipping was fast as well and customer support was lovely as always 🥰
